01    ServicesThree engagement models

Three ways to engage.

Each service has its own commercial model. Every mandate begins with a fit review and pricing is disclosed in writing before any work begins.

§ 02  · Service I

An end-to-end global listing strategy and execution.

  1. Scope

Strategy and execution across every region.

I lead the listing strategy end-to-end and stay accountable for the whole programme — across Western and Asian venues alike — so the project has a single owner of the listings book.

    Ongoing
  2. Region

    Western: hands-on. Asian: managed.

Western venues — Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood, Revolut, Binance US, Bitpanda, Bitvavo and others — are handled directly. For Asian venues, I manage and orchestrate the efforts of regional specialists and the project's existing advisors.

    Single point of accountability
  3. Fee

    Retainer model.

Monthly retainer scoped at engagement. Disclosed in the letter of engagement.

    LOE-disclosed
§ 03  · Service II

Listings on specific Western exchanges.

  1. Scope

A focused mandate per named Western venue.

Project-specific work to secure a listing on one or more identified Western exchanges. Narrative design, documentation, committee introductions, fee negotiation, filing cadence, post-listing support.

    12–24 weeks
  2. Output

    The listings memo.

A single document — written to committee standard — that anchors every downstream conversation with the named venue.

    Delivered week 4
  3. Fee

    Mainly success-based.

Modest engagement retainer; balance tied to listing milestones. Economics disclosed in the letter of engagement.

    LOE-disclosed
§ 04  · Service III

Ad-hoc advisory.

  1. Scope

    Compliance, applications, exchange relations.

By-the-hour advisory on listing applications, compliance posture, exchange relations and related strategic questions. No minimum commitment.

    Hourly
  2. Disclaimer

Advisory only — not legal advice.

This service provides commercial and strategic guidance. It does not constitute legal advice. We recommend retaining qualified counsel for legal matters and are happy to make introductions.

    No legal opinion
  3. Fee

    Hourly.

Time billed against an agreed hourly rate. Estimate provided in advance for any engagement above a few hours.
